This is an appeal by plaintiff from an adverse jury verdict and judgment for defendants.

Plaintiff was injured when the automobile he was driving collided at an intersection in Birmingham with a truck driven by defendant Blackburn, while the latter was allegedly acting within the line and scope of his employment with defendant Lorch, Inc., owner of the truck and Blackburn's employer.
