Plaintiffs, husband and wife, instituted this suit for personal injuries sustained by the wife as a result of a fall at Moisant International Airport while she was approaching a Taca International Airlines plane preparatory to boarding that plane as a fare paying passenger. The airport is owned and operated by the City of New Orleans, New Orleans Aviation Board. Named defendants in the suit are Taca International Airlines and United States Fidelity...
