Plaintiffs, the owner and the sublessor of improved real estate at 3636 North Talman Avenue, Chicago, brought an action against the defendants, guarantors on the sublease, for breaches by the subtenants (not parties to this action) of the covenants to pay rent and tax deposits and to repair and restore the premises. The court, sitting without a jury, entered judgment for the defendants...
