In her principal assignment of error, plaintiff contends the trial court erred in submitting issues 3 and 4 with respect to whether plaintiff was a dependent spouse and defendant was a supporting spouse. She contends that an affirmative answer to the second issue, wherein the jury found that defendant abandoned plaintiff, and the absence of evidence that defendant was incapable of supporting her, entitled plaintiff to alimony as a matter of law.
