This is a belated direct appeal from a judgment sentencing defendant to ten years imprisonment after a trial without jury at which he was found guilty of armed robbery. Because the only allegation of error (i.e., inadequate representation by trial counsel) was never, in any manner, brought to the attention of the trial court, and consequently never ruled on by the trial court, there is nothing before us in this attempted appeal.
