On December 14, 1972, petitioner Rudolfo H. Castillo filed in this Court a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of an award entered by the respondent Industrial Commission fixing his average monthly wage at the sum of $196.18. This Court's writ of certiorari was issued on that same date. Thereafter, pursuant to written stipulation signed by the parties, on October 19, 1973 this Court remanded the matter to the respondent...
