Plaintiff-appellant Gentry Industrial Services (Gentry) appeals from the granting of the motion to dismiss of defendant-appellees United Slate, Tile and Construction Roofers, Damp and Waterproof Workers Association, Anderson Local #250 (United) and James Harles.
