Writ refused. Because of emergency situation at Orleans Parish prison, the detention at Angola has been allowed. See No. 53,953, State ex rel. Mathews v. Henderson, La., 292 So.2d 496.

BARHAM, J. and TATE, J., are of the opinion the writ should be granted.
