Sarah Banton and Donald Mathers were divorced. Their divorce decree provided that Donald Mathers pay $100.00 per week for the support and maintenance of his children. He failed to pay the support and moved from Indiana to Oklahoma. Sarah Banton filed a complaint to obtain support payments under the provisions of the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act...
