Petitioner, Nancy Wister Yearsley, was convicted of speeding in violation of section 1002(b)(9) of The Vehicle Code,1 and, as a result thereof, her license to operate motor vehicles was suspended for a period of 30 days. During the period of suspension, petitioner was again arrested and convicted of operating a motor vehicle while her license was suspended, in violation of section 624(6) of The Vehicle Code...
