HARRIS, Justice.

We affirm the trial court's finding on a claim filed in an estate. The validity of the claim turns on the interpretation of provisions in a separate maintenance decree.

On December 8, 1958 Hazel Cooper (claimant) was granted a decree of separate maintenance from her husband Raymond E. Cooper (decedent). The decree incorporated a stipulation between the parties and included the following:
