At issue is whether the appellees, Fritz R. Kulla and wife, have an implied easement over the fifty foot wide, gravel roadway which runs along the side of their one-acre property in Howard County. The appellants, Clifton L. Clevenger and wife, own the fifty foot strip of land in question.
