This is an action by plaintiff, Grand Island Hotel Corporation, against the defendants, Boss Hotels Company and Second Island Development Company, to recover the cost of acquiring the outstanding leasehold interest of a prior lessee of a portion of the premises identified as the Yancey Hotel in Grand Island, Nebraska.
