Wesko against G.E.M., Inc. and GEM International, Inc. (GEM), the court (Menchine, J.) granted GEM's motion for a judgment n.o.v. Wesko appealed to the Court of Special Appeals which affirmed the lower court's judgment in Wesko v. G.E.M., Inc.,...
