After a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County had returned verdicts for $5,000.00 compensatory damages and $15,000.00 punitive damages in favor of Richard A. Wesko against G.E.M., Inc. and GEM International, Inc. (GEM), the court (Menchine, J.) granted GEM's motion for a judgment n.o.v. Wesko appealed to the Court of Special Appeals which affirmed the lower court's judgment in Wesko v. G.E.M., Inc.,...
