MEMORANDUM

MERHIGE, District Judge.

Plaintiff has brought this action to forestall the State's threatened revocation of his driver's license on the basis of a record which includes one traffic conviction which the plaintiff claims to be constitutionally infirm. The plaintiff's attack on the underlying traffic conviction is based on a lack of the assistance of counsel with respect thereto. Cf. Argersinger v. Hamlin, 407 U.S. 25
