Plaintiff-appellant, Peter Gonzales, appeals from a jury verdict in favor of The Xerox Corporation.

On July 7, 1973, Dawn Rene Gonzales was struck by defendant's automobile driven by Juan G. Hernandez. Gonzales and his wife were at Grand Isle with their two daughters and Mr. Gonzales' father, for a holiday of fishing and bathing.
