MENCHINE, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

In the course of an investigation of reports of a shooting, police discovered the body of Patricia A. Burkett in a wooded area near the 6000 block Amberwood Road, in the City of Baltimore. Autopsy showed that death resulted from three gunshot wounds of the head. Dennis Furman Burkett, (appellant) husband of the deceased, was convicted of murder in the first degree in connection with her death. The case was tried before...
