The case at bar is a suit in trespass brought by the mother on behalf of a minor who has been bitten by a dog and in her own right. It was tried before this court, sitting without jury, on July 30, 1973. A finding for defendants and against plaintiffs was entered on September 6, 1973. Exceptions to this finding were duly filed on September 18, 1973. Those exceptions were dismissed on October 23, 1973.
