The defendant was charged in an information with the crime of arson in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-111.1 After a trial by jury, he was found guilty. The defendant's motion to set aside the verdict was denied by the trial court and from the judgment rendered thereon he has appealed to this court.
