SPENCER, Justice.

Defendant, pursuant to a plea bargain, entered pleas of nolo contendere to a charge of escape from custody and a charge of assault with intent to commit rape. A charge of assault with intent to inflict great bodily injury was dismissed. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year on the escape offense, and 3 to 5 years on the offense of assault with intent to commit rape. These sentences were imposed consecutively...
