This trust arose under the will of William Traub, Jr., who died December 9, 1926, leaving a will, dated September 3, 1926, and duly probated December 14, 1926. By item fourth thereof, testator devised and bequeathed the residue of his estate to his executor, in trust, to pay the income therefrom quarterly to his daughter, Alice B. Traub, now Alice Traub Civial, so long as she shall live, and upon her death to transfer...
