The defendant was found guilty of armed robbery, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, and assault with intent to murder, all in connection with an armed robbery of a bank in East Long-meadow. Because of certain difficulties in connection with the preservation of the defendant's opportunity for appellate review by means of a bill of exceptions, the judge has reported six questions to us.
