Defendant American Fellowship Mutual Insurance Company has appealed from the March 29, 1973 order granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment. GCR 1963, 117.2(3). The trial court ordered Travelers Indemnity Company to pay $652 to plaintiff and ordered defendant to pay $10,000 to plaintiff, contrary to defendant's position that the total award of $10,652 should have been equally prorated between the two...
