Vandy White, a member of Local 207 of the Laborer's International Union, asserts this class action under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (29 U.S.C.A. § 412). The basic contention is that 29 U.S.C.A. § 411, Paragraph (a)(3)(A), forbids any increase in local dues unless voted on and approved by a secret ballot of the local membership.
