This case involves the applications for writs of habeas corpus by the defendants (petitioners), Byrle L. Dillenburg and Monty Ovenell Robinson. They contend that as indigents their constitutional rights have been violated by the failure of the State to provide counsel to represent them at their parole revocation hearings.
