This is an action initiated by Glen-Mar Door Manufacturing Company (Glen-Mar) against Raybond Electronics, Inc. (Raybond) and Willcox & Gibbs, Raybond's parent corporation, for breach of contract and negligence in the manufacture and installation of an electronic, high-frequency system for curing glue in the production of Glen-Mar's hollow-core wooden doors. The contract in question contained a provision limiting Raydon's liability...
