Appellant Fifth Urban, Inc., is the owner of property located at 10301-23 Superior Avenue in the City of Cleveland. In 1910, a 3-½ story masonry type building, with stores and a theater on the ground floor and offices and dwelling units on the second and third floors, was constructed on the subject property.
