The plaintiff in this action is a partnership of consulting engineers, trading as "Howard, Needles, Tammen & Bergendoff" (hereinafter Lamberton), which partnership purchased a professional liability policy from defendant, The Travelers Indemnity Company, (hereinafter "Travelers"), and it seeks a ruling from this Court on motion for summary judgment as to the proper "deductible" amount under that policy.
