Defendant Alfred Lewis Bloomstrom appeals his conviction, judgment, and sentence for the crime of carnal knowledge involving an 8-year-old female child. In support of his appeal, defendant challenges two evidentiary rulings and claims that his right to a speedy trial under CrR 3.3(b) and (c) was violated. We find these claims without substantial merit and affirm the judgment.
