Ralph Miller, sitting as a chancellor in equity in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, in granting to the trustees of the Silver Spring Church of Christ, appellees herein, their petition for the abandonment of a part of Long Branch Parkway. The appellants are four nearby property owners, representing in effect the general interests of the Sligo-Branview Community Association...
