This is an appeal from a decree of foreclosure entered against the defendants, Gerrit Witvoet and his wife, Alice Witvoet. It is only Gerrit Witvoet who prosecutes this appeal. The defendants owned a forty-acre tract of land and failed to pay the real estate taxes for 1959 and the subsequent years. The taxes for the years 1959 to and including 1968 were sold...
