This is a civil action seeking equitable relief and money damages. The plaintiff, Georges Vanvooren, alleges that fuel oil from adjoining land owned by John E. Fogarty Memorial Hospital, one of the defendants, had seeped through and penetrated into a well on his land, thereby contaminating his water supply.
