ORDER
An appeal by a defendant in a criminal case is controlled by Rule 4(b) of the Rules of this court, and nothing contained in G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 9-24-32, as amended by P.L.1972, ch. 169, § 10 permits such a defendant to claim an immediate appeal from a pretrial order denying his motion to suppress.
