No. 73-952.

291 So.2d 128 (1974)

William Bradford DILLINGHAM, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Charles W. Musgrove, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and C. Marie Bernard, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We have examined the briefs and record on appeal and heard oral argument; on the basis thereof we are of the view that the contentions of the petitioner-appellant, including his challenge to the jurisdiction of the court, are without merit.
