By amended complaint filed by plaintiffs it was alleged that defendant was indebted to plaintiffs as executors of the estate of Laura W. Owens in the amount of $9,356.58, together with interest from September 9, 1925. The further allegations of the complaint were that the testator died on July 30, 1966; a part of her personal property was a savings account in the claimed sum...
