This matter is before us on defendant's appeal from conviction in the magistrate court for violation of section 1002(b)(6) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended, January 24, 1966, P.L. (1965) 1497, sec. 3 (75 P.S. §1002).
