This is an appeal from a final judgment of dissolution of marriage.

As is often the case in other dissolutions of marriage the issue in this appeal concerns the trial court's determination of the property rights of the parties. Specifically, it is the contention of the husband that the trial court erred in requiring him to convey to the wife his right, title and interest in and to the marital home under certain terms and conditions.
