The appellants, Donald Conner and Louise Conner, own a 2 1/2-acre tract of land located within one-third of a mile of the corporate limits of the City of Danville. They have maintained a mobile home on this property since 1971. After purchasing the property, but prior to placing their mobile home thereon, the city adopted an ordinance extending its zoning authority to include all lands...
