Jenkins acquired from one Vivian Oyler a parcel of improved property in Volusia County, Florida, executing in her favor a mortgage securing the principal sum of $13,000. Thereafter Jenkins sold the property to Arnold Flicker and Elizabeth Flicker, his wife, defendants below and appellants here. The Flickers assumed the Oyler mortgage and executed a further mortgage to Jenkins securing the principal sum of $25...
