DALEY, Justice.

The plaintiffs are the owners of Seymour Lodge located on the northerly side of Route 111 in the Town of Morgan. The defendants are in the process of erecting a building upon a triangular strip of land on the southerly side of Route 111 between the highway and the waters of Lake Seymour. The building is directly across the road and in front of the Lodge.
