The plaintiffs make no claim for weekly payment arrearages prior to April 1, 1965. It was at that time or shortly thereafter that the weekly payments were reduced from $250 to $150 per week. It was agreed that, from that date until August 31, 1967, the date the trial judge concluded that the cancellation of the franchise by Arthur Murray terminated all obligations, Ross had paid $16,900.
