The record discloses the facts in this felony-murder case to show that defendants Danny Lee Bills and Lee James Dancer and Michael G. Walker were together on March 12, 1971, from about 10 p.m. until sometime after the crime took place on Saturday morning, March 13, 1971. Michael G. Walker was granted immunity and turned state's evidence and related the actions taken by the parties.
