MacLAUGHLIN, Justice.
Plaintiff, Eveleth Taconite Company, commenced a declaratory judgment action to determine its rights under two electric power contracts with defendant, Minnesota Power and Light Company. The trial court, sitting without a jury, found that the contracts had terminated and that defendant was under no further obligation to provide electric service to plaintiff under the contracts.
