Anthony L. DeGregory, Jr.,1 was tried and convicted before a justice and jury in the Superior Court on an indictment charging unlawful possession of marijuana in violation of G.L. 1956 (1968 Reenactment) § 21-28-3. The case is here on his bill of exceptions.
