This is a negligence action brought by Joseph Schwartzman, plaintiff, for injuries sustained in a fall from the front porch of premises he leased from Max and Dorah Weiner, defendants. In his complaint plaintiff alleges that the fall was caused by defects in the front porch and steps of the leased premises.
