This is an appeal from an order denying defendant's motion for a new trial and a conviction for selling hashish, a derivative of marijuana which is a controlled substance, in violation of Minn.St. 152.09, subd. 1(1); 152.02, subd. 2(3); and 152.15, subd. 1(2).
