PER CURIAM.

The appellant, defendant in the trial court, seeks review of an adverse final judgment entered after a nonjury trial. The points presented request us to either reevaluate the discretion of the trial judge in the conduct of the trial or to reweigh the evidence which was presented. No abuse of the trial judge's discretion as to rulings during the progress of the trial has been shown and we must decline to reweigh the evidence. Therefore, the judgment appealed...
