SMITH, Justice.

Plaintiff brought an action in the Orleans County Court seeking an injunction against the defendants restraining the defendants from trespassing on the property of the plaintiff. Also sought was a declaration of rights of the plaintiff by the court in the disputed premises, a decree adjudging the disputed property to be that of the plaintiff, as well as damages against the defendants for alleged damages to the property.
