O'HARA, Judge.

Defendant, Ed Fine Oldsmobile, Inc., (hereinafter "dealer"), has appealed from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas, whereby the plaintiff, Thomas S. Knisley, III, (hereinafter "buyer"), was allowed to rescind1 his purchase of a used automobile.

In February, 1970, the buyer, visiting dealer's place of business, expressed an interest in a 1968 Oldsmobile...
