The appellant, Walter Shikany, was a co-executor and a beneficiary of the estate of Floretta Van Horne. The appellees are John C. Van Horne and Richard Longabaugh, who are also beneficiaries of the estate. Walter Shikany appeals an adverse order on petition for revocation of an order admitting codicils to probate.
